GTA 6 cars and vehicles Rockstar has named
All seven appear on the official GTA VI website, in the edition overview. Most of the names will ring a bell for series fans: Stanier, Cheetah, Dominator, Squalo and Enduro were all in earlier GTA games. What else each edition includes is in the GTA 6 pre-order guide.
- '55 Vapid Stanier: A two-tone sedan in 1950s style. It's part of the Vintage Vice City Pack, the pre-order bonus for both editions. Rockstar recommends it for a drive down Shore Drive.
- '95 Grotti Cheetah: Grotti's mid-nineties sports car, which Rockstar calls a tribute to Shore Drive. The official images show it in white with a clean, retro-futuristic paint job and pop-up headlights. It's part of the Ultimate Edition and, according to Rockstar, only becomes available later in the story.
- '67 Vapid Dominator Buggy: An off-roader that Rockstar calls a “Mud Club” monster, built for the forests around Mount Kalaga. Ultimate Edition.
- Vapid Ganado: Jason's lowered, visibly well-used pickup. The Ultimate Edition adds exclusive mods for it; one image shows it in yellow with a red racing stripe.
- Dinka Enduro: A motorcycle parked in front of Jason's safehouse in the official images. The Ultimate Edition includes a military-style version.
- Crest Kayak: A kayak, also at Jason's safehouse. One image shows Jason paddling it on the water. The Ultimate Edition includes a military-style version of this one too.
- Shitzu Squalo: A speedboat with a pink-to-blue gradient paint job, moored in Washington Beach. Rockstar recommends it for fishing in Gambit Bay and equips it with a weapons crate full of explosives for the open sea. Ultimate Edition.
Tuning: two shops and a collector's job
Being able to modify vehicles is official. Rockstar names two shops but notes for both that they're only open with the Ultimate Edition. Whether there are shops for everyone besides these, Rockstar hasn't said yet.
- Rideout Customs: According to Rockstar, the shop turns stock vehicles into works of art, with detailed interiors, special rims and donk conversions. A donk is a car lifted high on oversized rims. The official image shows a gold two-door on gold rims. Where the shop is, Rockstar doesn't say.
- One-Eyed Willie's Mod Shop: The shop in Lake Leonida specializes in off-road builds and hand-painted paint jobs. What's known about Lake Leonida is on the Ambrosia page.
- Classic Car Collection: A job for the collector and fixer Wyman, also from the Ultimate Edition. You track down abandoned classics and half-finished project cars and restore them. The images show five cars, among them a turquoise muscle car, a red sports car with the number 36 and a muscle car in stars-and-stripes livery.
The Classic Car Collection sounds like locations you'll have to search for. That's our assessment, not a confirmation. If it holds up, we'll add the cars to the map after release.
Garages: where the vehicles live
Two garages are officially named. The Shore Court Garage is just a stone's throw from the beach at Ocean Beach in Vice City and comes with the '55 Vapid Stanier. The Paradise Garage in Watson Bay comes with the Dominator Buggy. According to Rockstar, both have a weapons locker and a secure stash for stolen goods that you later sell to a fence.
What else drives, floats and flies in the official images
Rockstar describes every image on its own website. The list below is drawn from those descriptions.
- On the road: Patrol cars, pickups, a delivery van and the bikes of the biker gang in Ambrosia. On a street in Vice City, people pull tricks on dirt bikes and quads, and in the Keys a mobility scooter rolls through the frame.
- Off-road: Dirt bikes and a quad in the mud at Mount Kalaga. For Port Gellhorn, Rockstar literally advises hopping on a dirt bike.
- On the water: Airboats in Grassrivers, plus speedboats, jet skis and party boats in the Leonida Keys, and a police boat.
- In the air: A seaplane over the Keys, a police helicopter and a news helicopter over Mount Kalaga.
An image alone doesn't prove you can drive the vehicle yourself. The Extended Look of August 27, 2026 showed an airboat ride and jet skiing, according to several reports. Whether you can also fly planes and helicopters yourself, Rockstar hasn't explicitly said for GTA 6.
What's still open
- The complete vehicle list and the number of models.
- Fixed locations and spawn points for rare vehicles.
- Whether you can modify vehicles without the Ultimate Edition.
- How many garages there are and how many vehicles fit inside.
We don't use leaks or datamining as sources. Everything here can be checked on Rockstar's website.
Note: Specific locations will only be known after release on November 19, 2026. Until then, this category has no markers on the map; the preview markers belong to other categories.
