GTA 6 Collectibles: What's confirmed so far and how the 100% tracker works

What are collectibles?
Collectibles are items scattered across the whole game world that you pick up one by one. They often come with rewards, and they almost always count toward 100% completion.
What Rockstar has confirmed so far
There is no official list of collectibles yet. The GTA VI website does, however, name four things that involve searching and collecting.
- Classic Car Collection: For the collector Wyman, you track down abandoned classics and half-finished project cars and restore them. The job is part of the Ultimate Edition. More on the GTA 6 vehicles list.
- Stolen goods for the fence: According to Rockstar, the two officially named garages have a secure stash for stolen goods that you later sell to a fence. So there is loot to collect and turn into cash.
- PTT Youngin$ contraband: In the Ultimate Edition you raid a gang's compound in Southside Vice City and, according to Rockstar, walk away with special items and contraband.
- Hunting and fishing: Rockstar explicitly names hunting and fishing for Mount Kalaga, and recommends the Squalo speedboat for catches of all kinds in Gambit Bay.
Whether any of this counts toward 100% is something Rockstar hasn't said.
What earlier GTA games suggest
Every major GTA has had collectibles, usually in round numbers.
- GTA: Vice City (2002): 100 hidden packages.
- GTA: San Andreas (2004): 100 tags, 50 horseshoes, 50 oysters and 50 snapshots.
- GTA IV (2008): 200 flying rats.
- GTA V (2013): 50 spaceship parts, 50 letter scraps and 50 stunt jumps.
None of this is a guarantee for GTA 6. What's likely is that there will again be several types, spread across all six regions. That's our assessment, not a confirmation.
How the 100% tracker works
The tracker is part of the map and free. It already works today: until release you can try it out on the six regions and 20 officially named places.
- Checking off: You open a marker on the map and check it off. The counter shows how many you've found.
- What counts: After release, markers you can collect or complete in the game count, for example collectibles and stunt jumps. Landmarks and shops are then info-only markers. Until then, the 26 preview markers can be checked off so you can test the tracker.
- Saving: Your progress is stored locally in your browser, no sign-up needed.
- Backup and restore: You can save your progress as a file and load it on another device. Existing check marks are kept.
- Reset: One button lets you start over.
Your list is never sent to us; only if you consent to analytics does Google Analytics count the check-offs (details).
Note: Which collectibles GTA 6 has and where they are will only be known after release on November 19, 2026. Until then, the 26 preview markers show how the tracker works.
Straight to the map
You can already try the tracker on the preview map: the six regions and 20 officially named places can be checked off. Collectibles will be added after release.
