The 1967 Vapid Dominator Buggy is the Ultimate Edition's off-road vehicle. Rockstar calls it a “Mud Club” monster for the backcountry of Mount Kalaga, and it comes with its own garage in Watson Bay.

What Rockstar says about the Dominator Buggy
According to Rockstar, the buggy is built for strong off-road handling, made for the backcountry of Mount Kalaga and the surrounding areas. Series fans know the name Dominator as a muscle car from earlier GTA games; in GTA 6 it carries the extra name Buggy.
How to get the buggy
The Dominator Buggy is part of the Ultimate Edition. According to Rockstar, you unlock the edition's bonuses over the course of the story, chapter by chapter. What else the edition includes is in the pre-order guide.
The Paradise Garage in Watson Bay
The buggy comes with the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay. Like the garage of the Vapid Stanier, it has a weapons locker and a secure stash for stolen goods that you sell later, according to Rockstar.
